Every year, I do a Valentine’s breakfast for my kids. When they come downstairs, Andrew and I typically give them a little box of candy and something small. This year, Smith is getting two more Captain Underpants book, my two big girls are getting earrings and Madeley is getting a stuffed animal. We use little paper Valentine’s plates and napkins and have a breakfast together before school starts. It’s all very fun, festive and EASY! This year, we’re adding my new Valentine’s Cocoa to the mix because I can start it when I wake up in the slow cooker and then by the time I get them up, it’s ready to go! Below you’ll find my tried and true red and pink recipes that you can make for your little Valentines too. Happy Friday!

I know people who roll their eyes at Valentine’s day, but I love it. I think it’s because my parents always made it special, too.
