Spring Break has happened, baseball season is in full swing, the days are longer and in my kitchen, the meals are lighter and spring-ier 🙂 .
As much as I love the cozy soups, hearty casseroles and slow cooked meats, I’m a huge fan of changing up what we eat for dinner as the season changes.
