Father’s Day Menu

Um, Father’s Day is this Sunday.  Did it sneak up on anyone else besides me????  Typically on Father’s Day, I do a grill inspired menu (you can see that HERE), but this year, Andrew has requested a little something different.  So, whether you want grilled food or a cozy supper inside, I have what you need.  Happy (almost) Father’s Day!

Queso Bites kick off the party!  It’s queso.  In a bite.  And it’s perfect.

Mmmmm…Southwest Quinoa Salad can be a meal in itself…or a fantastic side.

Andrew’s very favorite dinner is on the menu!  He love, love, loves meatloaf, so this Sunday, that’s what he’s getting.  This is not only so easy to make, but it’s so delicious too.  The whole pan will disappear right before your eyes!

My dad in particular is a BIG fan of my Broccoli Cheese Cornbread.  It pairs perfectly with your meatloaf!

And for dessert???  Something easy and super pretty…

…like my No Bake Key Lime Pie Jars.

That’s a wrap on Father’s Day.  The only thing left to do is pick out a gift.  In my family, that’s easy…something Yankees and something Red Sox always win for my dad and hubby. xo
