‘Tis that time of year when we eat some sort of chili recipe at least once a week. It’s easy, it’s fast and it’s always a hit. Today, I’ve rounded up 12 of my favorite chili recipes for your weekend. Seriously, try one and let me know what you think!
Happy Friday, friends! xo
This Pulled Pork Chili right here is probably my all-time favorite. It seriously has everything in it you want in a chili. It’s FANTASTIC if I do say so myself!
Chili Soft Tacos combine two of our favorite things!
Sometimes, we even eat our chili in a casserole. This Chili Cornbread Casserole is great for leftovers too!
Chili Mac & Cheese when you’re wanting a pasta supper instead!
Mmmmmm…my White Chicken Chili is so simple because the slow cooker does all the work!
Yes, please for Beer Cheese Chili!!
My Chicken Enchilada Chili is sure a lot easier to pull together than rolling enchiladas.
Buffalo Chicken Chili has all the bells and whistles of Buffalo chicken wings…but in a bowl instead!
My Sweet Corn Chili is the one we make the most. This one is super simple to pull together and since I love corn so much, it tends to be my go-to.
Who doesn’t love a good Three Bean Chili?! This is a slow cooker fave!
I’m a huge fan of lentils! My Sausage & Lentil Chili is so hearty and the flavors marry so well!
And finally, Roasted Poblano Chili! If you’ve never roasted poblano peppers before, you should! It’s really easy to do!
Here’s to a great weekend! xo

It’s still fairly toasty in my town, but as soon as the first cold front makes it down to us, chilis and soups will be simmering on my stove for sure!
