Gathering the ingredients for the chicken enchilada soup. Would green enchilada sauce work? (fingers crossed for a yes, so I don’t have to do a grocery store run…) 🙂

Hi Shay!
A bit random, but I just made one of your cheesecake recipes last night (PB chocolate).. when baking, I noticed a ton of smoke coming from the oven… it seemed as if there was something leaking from the bottom of the springform pan.
Has this ever happened to you when making cheesecake, and what do you do to prevent it? Or, is there a certain springform pan you recommend?
I want to make your eggnog cheesecake for the holidays, but I’m nervous about the same thing happening in the oven again!
Thanks so much!
Mix and Match Mama says
Okay, that has happened. If you place your springform pan on a baking sheet then it will leak on there and not directly down into your oven.
