It’s the Monday of July 4th week…so basically, it’s like Wednesday, right?
July 4th will feel like Saturday which means tomorrow will feel like Thursday.
Yeah.
I’m already messed up too.

On Wednesday, keep things simple with my Easy Little German Sheet Tray Supper!
On July 4th, I’m thinking you should make my Pimento Cheese Burgers this year! Oh. My. Word. You will love them!
I feel like the day after a holiday should be super simple! My Easy Taco Stuffed Shells need to be on your menu!
Of course, your dessert this week should be…
…my Red, White and Blue Bundt Cake!

Can you tell us what kind of seafood you buy? I can’t always find the freshest stuff in my small-town grocery store, so I’m wondering what specific brands of frozen fish and shrimp you buy?

I try and buy the freshest from my fish monger too! I have been buying the Argentinan Red Shrimp from Trader Joe’s though!
