Well, it’s back to school week around here!
Our schools start back on Thursday, so even though we have three days left of summer vacation, it already feels over. This week, we have dentist appointments for all four kiddos, our fall sports all start back up today and we have “meet the teacher” tomorrow night. School is no longer out for summer…we’re back into the routine of FALL! #tisthattimeofyear
If your kiddos are heading back to school this week too, I’m sending you much love! That first day is hard, y’all!
Andrea’s Pulled Pork always screams “school year” to me! It’s just the easiest, most perfect dinner to serve on a busy school night!
My Teriyaki Chicken & Shrimp Stir Fry is an easy weeknight night meal that your whole family will love!
Mmmmmm! Thanks to store bought meatballs, my Slow Cooker Mushrooms & Meatballs over Pasta could not be easier! They cook up all day in the slow cooker making suppertime a breeze!
My Sweet Potato & Sausage Hash is one of my husband’s very favorite meals! We use turkey sausage in ours, but of course, you could use whatever you love most. This supper feeds a crowd and is always a winner at our house! Turkey Thursday for the win!
Nothing makes dinner easier than one of my Sheet Tray Suppers! Finish off Fajita Friday with my Chicken Fajita Taco Sheet Tray Supper. All you need are tortillas and dinner is ready to go!
For dessert this week…
…Fresh Apple Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting…because it’s beginning to look a lot like apple season around here!
Cheers to a fabulous week, friends! xo

Love your recipes!! What do you typically serve as a side with the pulled pork? Particularly if make them sandwiches.

Roasted sweet potatoes, green beans, etc or just a big salad. I keep things super easy!

Literally put Andrea’s pulled pork in the crockpot this morning before I left the house. We have back to school open house at 5:30 and wanted dinner to be basically ready and easy to go.
