It’s chili season over at the Shull’s house!
I know some people enjoy chili all year long, but we typically only eat it in the fall and winter…and then, we eat it just about every week. Because we enjoy chili so much, I’ve created a gazillion different versions: traditional, turkey, with brisket, over spaghetti, in the slow cooker, on the stove, as a taco, baked in the oven and on and on and on. You just can’t beat chili when the weather cools down. Today, I’m sharing
Happy Friday, friends! xo
This Pulled Pork Chili right here is probably my all-time favorite. It seriously has everything in it you want in a chili. It’s FANTASTIC if I do say so myself!
Cincinnati Chili is the best of both worlds…chili and spaghetti noodles! You won’t believe what the secret ingredients are inside!!
Chili Soft Tacos combine two of our favorite things!
Sometimes, we even eat our chili in a casserole. This Chili Cornbread Casserole is great for leftovers too!
If you’re and Instant Pot person, then you need to try my Instant Pot White Chicken Chili!
Chili Mac & Cheese when you’re wanting a pasta supper instead!
Mmmmmm…my White Chicken Chili is so simple because the slow cooker does all the work!
Yes, please for Beer Cheese Chili!!
My Chicken Enchilada Chili is sure a lot easier to pull together than rolling enchiladas.
Buffalo Chicken Chili has all the bells and whistles of Buffalo chicken wings…but in a bowl instead!
Mmmmmm! We love my Chipotle Turkey Chili! So many yummy flavors in each bite!
My Sweet Corn Chili is the one we make the most. This one is super simple to pull together and since I love corn so much, it tends to be my go-to.
Who doesn’t love a good Three Bean Chili?! This is a slow cooker fave!
I’m a huge fan of lentils! My Sausage & Lentil Chili is so hearty and the flavors marry so well!
And finally, Roasted Poblano Chili! If you’ve never roasted poblano peppers before, you should! It’s really easy to do!
Here’s to a great weekend! xo

Funny Story: Last year I made your taco chili for the first time. My son said “I don’t like taco chili.” I said well, do you like regular chili? He, of course, responded with a resounding yes. I said, “Great! Here you go.” and gave him a bowl of taco chili and he ate it all up and wanted more. Sometimes it’s just in the name!
P.S. the same child had a choice on his reading log of following a recipe to make something. Your Kid in the Kitchen cookbook is perfect for that. We enjoyed the first batch of pumpkin chocolate chip muffins of the season and he checked off a box on his weekly reading log!

I love this selection! I was going through my pantry and found a bag of 15-bean for soup so I’m going to experiment with the 3 bean chili recipe but use the bag 🙂 Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi shay! I just wanted to let you know that I made your sweet potato fries and my four kids all loved them. My three boys were in heaven! Thank you so much! After we loved your sweet potato fries so much we were on a fri kick. So I decided to try making beet fries and they were so simple and so good. All my kids devoured them and my four year old daughter Mary Kenna who would normally never touch beets loved them. I basically just used your recipe for sweet potato fries but used beets instead. So thank you!! Thank you!

I almost always get a 3 pound piece of pork and have leftovers. I would say at least 6 people!
