Happy Tuesday, friends!
I hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend. It was really nice to jump back into school for two days and then have a three day weekend. I wish every week was a three day weekend (preferably on a Friday though!). We might only have four days left in this week, but I’m going to cram as much “fall” into each meal as possible. You seriously need to make one (or six!) of these recipes!
Happy Meal Planning! xo
Okay, my Meatball Stuffed Acorn Squash is actually really easy!!! Not only that, but it’s DELICIOUS too!! You need to give it a try this week!
Nothing says September like apples in your recipe! My Apple Cider Pork Tenderloin is the perfect slow cooker supper!
My kiddos love a chicken dinner! This Crispy Maple Dijon Chicken hits all the bells and whistles of a great weeknight supper.
Speaking of maple, please, please, please try my Maple Bourbon Sloppy Joes this week! They’re the perfect end to a busy day!
If you’re looking for an easy apple recipe to make for dessert this week, try my Apple Butter Bars! You can use either store-bought apple butter or my homemade version!
And finally, my Tex-Mex Breakfast Casserole is a great breakfast for your weekend or a fun change up for supper.
That’s it for this Tuesday! I hope you all have a great day!!
