Happy Monday, friends!
Well, I only have one post today because…I spent the better part of the weekend moving into my new office!
That was a process.
I mean to tell you…
…I wish I could go back to May 11th and tell this girl, who was so very excited that after three years, they were finally breaking ground, that she better get her mind right. We tried adding one little office and ended with basically a new house…BUT…the whole shebang is just about done, and we were finished (enough) to move me into my office. Needless to say, I need a minute to get my life together. I have five simple suppers for your week, and that’s it. I hope you have a wonderful first day of February 🙂 .
Mmmmmm! My Easy Sausage & Mushroom Stuffed Peppers! They’re really so simple and even if your kids don’t eat the peppers, they’ll love the presentation.
My Quick Ravioli Ragu from Trader Joe’s. In this post HERE, I share ingredients purchased at Trader Joe’s to make this, but you certainly could buy the same things at your local grocery store instead. This is easy, friends. Easy.
My Baked Lemon Chicken & Rice has all the bells and whistles of a big family supper but in one pot. Who doesn’t love cleaning just one pot when it’s all said and done?!
We love Shepherd’s Pie over at our house!! Ground beef, a few veggies and then top it with mashed potatoes?! Yes, please!
If you haven’t made my Chicken & Quinoa Soup, you’re missing out. It’s thick like a chili and filled with so many yummy flavors. A hearty bowl of this on a cozy night at home? Sounds like the perfect Friday to me!
Friends! Look at my cute Valentine’s Hot Cocoa!! Make this today after school and your kids will be thrilled!!
Finally, finish off your week with my Sweet Heart Waffles. Anyone else love all the pink and red this time of year?!
That wraps up Meal Planning Monday! I hope you guys are having a great start to your week! xo
