Hi Shay! Thanks for these delicious meal ideas. Do you still cook gluten free for Kensington? If so, how do you modify these recipes? I don’t love the GF pastas I’ve tried.

Every dinner at our house is g-free for Kensington. I find that it’s so much easier to modify our suppers than it is desserts. For GF pasta, we almost exclusively use Trader Joe’s.
