You guys, IT’S OCTOBER!
Oh my word!
I love October 🙂 .
Now, I’m going to be honest with you, this morning, as you read this, I’m somewhere over the Atlantic making my way home from an EPIC vacation with Andrew, Tab and Erika feeling very frazzled at alllll the things I have to do when I get home, but meal planning will not be one of them. Whether you need today’s batch of easy (and delicious!) recipes or not, I sure do! Settle in, this is my VERY favorite month to cook! Give me all the October recipes…and easy meal plans too!
I hope you all had a great weekend! Let’s get to meal planning!!
My Pumpkin & Sausage Mac and Cheese will leave your family wanting more! It’s easy, it’s filling and it’s that perfect combo of savory and pumpkin.
Crispy Maple Dijon Chicken is such a staple weeknight supper. Who doesn’t love a chicken dinner after a busy day of school/work/activities?! This one is delish!
Whether you eat g-free or not, make my Beefy Taco Soup! Come soup season, we enjoy a bowl with a salad at least once a week. They’re always easy and filling after a long day. This one in particular is extra tasty!
Speaking of soups, my Brunswick Stew is an October favorite around here. Doesn’t it just sound like something you’d eat during Halloween season?
Friends, my Cheesy Ranch Tacos are the NUMBER ONE recipe my family requests, and I promise you when I say, we make these once a week. They are so easy, so flavorful and absolutely perfect for weeknight suppers. Once you make these, you’ll have a hard time making anything else!
Mmmmmm! My Maple Apple Sausage Breakfast Casserole just says good morning, October!
And for a fun little change, make my Pumpkin Hot Chocolate in the Slow Cooker this week! Kids and adults alike will love this recipe!
Happy Monday, friends! I hope you have a great start to your week! xo
