Eeeeeeks! You guys, it’s SHAY’S ULTIMATE TRADER JOE’S CHRISTMAS POST!
Last year, I shared my Trader Joe’s holiday list earlier than I had in years past and you ladies told me you loved it! Just this Monday, I was in my store and even though it’s still decorated for Thanksgiving, they’re already filling the shelves with so many of my favorite holiday items, so I thought it’s time to create one big list for your season.
As a reminder, we have a g-free house, so I am very limited to what I can put in my cart, but I’m including both “regular” and “g-free” here for a complete guide.
Okay, make a list, check it twice and go grocery shopping. Here are my favorite finds just in time for the holidays…
Just a bite of this after dinner is the perfect dessert! If you like the Williams-Sonoma version, you will love this too (and the price!). It’s also in a really cute tin so it makes an excellent holiday gift.
Yes, yes! You need these to stir your…
…hot cocoa! The directions say to add with water, but we’ve been adding it with warm milk. Speaking of which…
…grab you some peppermint hot chocolate and peppermint mini marshmallows too!
Nothing goes better with cocoa than…
…these chocolate covered minty marshmallows! Again, one little bite is decadent enough to be the perfect after dinner treat!
Sheaffer told me to…and I did!! She suggested putting it on a cracker with some cheese. Let me say, a cracker with cheese, some of this amazing goodness and a bit of chopped green onion will make you SO HAPPY!!! It really could do a billion things for you this holiday season!
STOCK. UP. This is a seasonal mix and my VERY FAVORITE Trader Joe’s sells! It’s the perfect little afternoon treat and/or bar mix for happy hour. You’ll love it! Guess what though? This year…
…they have SPICY too!!
Perfect on your Christmas charcuterie board or with dip!
Well, they swapped out the leaf chips for festive stockings and trees. If you buy these chips, make sure you make this…
…my Sausage Migas Breakfast Casserole 🙂 . Yours will be fun because it will be all Christmas-y!
This right here, in my opinion,…
…is their BEST holiday item. Jingle Jangle. So, this is not gluten-free and therefore, for years, I didn’t buy it. But I promise you when I say, IT’S THE MOST SUGGESTED TRADER JOE’S ITEM FROM YOU TO ME EVER. Seriously, I’ll post on here or Instagram in like July and say “what should I buy from Trader Joe’s” and a dozen of you will comment back and say “well, it’s not in season, but when it is, make sure you buy Jingle Jangle”. It’s like they took every cookie, popcorn, cracker, candy they make all year long, poured chocolate over it and stuck it in the tin. It is amazing. Last year, I bought FIVE TINS to gift! It’s delicious with a holiday movie and perfect for gifting too.
It has their Unexpected Cheddar in it. YUM!!!!
You should buy both the Black Pepper Toscano Cheese and…
…the Toscano dusted with cinnamon. YUM! We also bought this to go on our board…
…the White Truffle Popcorn! We’ve already enjoyed the entire bag!
These Candy Cane Chocolate Covered Almonds! They’re so delish!! They would be super cute as a little gift or easy just to put out and make any evening a little more festive. I’ve already purchased two containers!
Just do it. Trust me. Do. It.
So festive, right?! AND GLUTEN-FREE!! It’s an individual portion size too, so if you’re looking for just one g-free dessert/breakfast to have on hand for someone, here you go! Speaking of which…
Whether you buy the g-free version or the “normal” version, buy them. Just buy them.
Kensington says these tasted like “eating the North Pole”. We all loved these so much, but our g-free girl especially loved them!! She even gave them as gifts to a few friends!
Okay, a few holiday finds I saw but didn’t buy…
…tons of holiday inspired beverages, both with and without alcohol.
Yummy cookie mixes! They even have jars to gift of pre-poured ingredients in adorable mason jars!
YUM!!
English toffee…my absolute favorite candy!!
How cute are these tins of Danish butter cookies?!
Dark chocolate covered Peppermint Joe Joes?! Yes, please!
These little cookie mug hangers are ADORABLE!!! I so wish they had been g-free! My kids would have loved these!
Speaking of which, their gingerbread houses are so cute too!!!
They have cookie kits for decorating…
…and mini dark chocolate stars too.
My happy place 🙂 .
Look at these cute mini gingerbread people!
And seasonal baked goods galore!
Needless to say, friends, get yourselves to Trader Joe’s. STAT!!
Now, if this is your first time to shop…
…make sure you first check out my FIRST TIMERS GUIDE TO TRADER JOE’S which includes a printable shopping list!
That wraps up Trader Joe’s Thursday! What did I miss? If I missed something for our holiday shopping guide, please comment and share!
I’ll see you tomorrow! xx

Well, now I’m starving and ready to shop! AND EAT! That cranberry orange relish is a favorite for sure….I do want to clarify I put it on top of that creamy white cheese that you can spread. I feel like putting it on the top of cheddar would make me crazy. Haha!

It’s not gluten free but the box of gingerbread cake mix is a super easy way to make a yummy treat. The cake has bits of crystallized ginger in it, delicious!

I never got an email for this post and I’ve been subscribed for years. Maybe it just went out later today? Just letting you know in case there is a glitch.

The gingerbread sandwich cookies at the very bottom of your post may be the best cookie I’ve ever eaten in my life… I just bought some last week, SO good.

My closest Trader Joe’s is a hike; you need car snacks to tide you over until you buy the TJ’s snacks. However, some of these are so cute and would make great stocking stuffers.

Nothing better than Trader Joe’s at Christmas! I also stock up on wreaths there… they last forever and are always the best price.
I appreciate their g free offerings, but can’t wait for them to add more. I always have such high hopes that they will be expanding…

Their seasonal Brazilian Nut gift set (lotion, scrub, body wash) smells JUST LIKE Bum Bum Cream! And it was 1/3 of the price! I bought two!

The Mini Gingerbread People sell out FAST, so I stopped at TJ in McKinney today and bought a few 😉 boxes. They are perfect dipped in coffee. The vanilla frosting melts, making them absolutely perfect!

I got the coffee caramel almonds the last time I was in and they are AMAZING! I’ll have to try the cashews too!

My family loves the little mini ice cream cones called Hold the Cone. At Christmas they have peppermint ones. I went 2 weeks ago and they didn’t have them yet, but I’m going this weekend and hope they have them. I will stock up. They are small, but my husband says 1 is a perfect little snack at night after dinner. During the year they come in vanilla, chocolate and chocolate chip.
