Thursday things!

You guys, happy, happy Thursday!

My brain is so stuffed full of holiday things that I can barely think straight today!

It’s December 7th and in case anyone was keeping tabs, I haven’t addressed all of my cards, finished my shopping or made a dent in my wrapping.  I have though watched at least 20 Hallmark Christmas movies…

…I’m 41 now.  I feel no shame at 41.  I am who I am.  #priorities

On tap today, a lot of THURSDAY THINGS because ’tis the season for FUN!

First up…

…did you see MY POST YESTERDAY?!

Sheaffer and I are at it again!  We’re celebrating 10 FABULOUS YEARS of holiday gifting with you by raising $100,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®!

We did this last year (and raised $79,493!) and are back at it again.  You can read all about it on YESTERDAY’S POST but…

…on Monday night, Smith has his annual holiday orchestra concert and well, we just couldn’t be more proud of this kid.

When he was seven years old, he set out to learn to play the violin “like Charlie Daniels” and well, he’s gettin’ there 😉 …

…here he is the day of his first lesson (remember when FOR YEARS Smith had to have some sort of clothing on him that was orange?!  agh!  Where did that baby go?!).

Our family would not be complete without this lady here…

…who is another mother to my boy.  She is in our home every week.  She has seen each of us through our good days and our bad.  Our surgeries.  Our house flooding.  Our highs and our lows.  She came over to teach our seven year old how to play the violin and now, she’s family.  Look at them together!  When did he get SO BIG?!

You guys!

My daily AM eye cream! It’s hydrating and firming while also easy to layer under my concealer.

#6: Extreme Recovery Cream 

And finally, my PM moisturizer!  This keeps my skin hydrated and works overtime at night while I sleep.
