If you haven’t made my PULLED PORK CHILI, you need to ASAP. I actually made this on Friday night for probably the 100th time and guess what? It just never disappoints.
My CHICKEN & MUSHROOM FRIED RICE is probably my kids’ current favorite supper. All four of them devour it! Sometimes, if we don’t have mushrooms, we’ll add in other veggies like sugar snap peas, broccoli or even shredded carrots. It’s so easy and always a winner!
Another huge family fave is my SIMPLE SAUSAGE PEPPERS & ONIONS. You guys, this one is crazy easy! I’ve made this a million times over the years!
My STOVETOP CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP is the perfect Thursday night dinner in February. The leftovers are delish too!
And finally…
…SLOPPY JOE BOWLS because…YES! The easiest Friday night supper!
For breakfast this week…
…try my STRAWBERRY BANANA BLENDER MUFFINS! These are always a hit!
