It’s our last meal plan for the month of July, so I made it extra summery (and easy!).
I have five simple suppers (several for the grill!), a pasta salad that can act as a main, plus a very seasonal dessert and bonus breakfast recipe too.

My mother-in-law’s PEPPERONI & BELL PEPPER PASTA SALAD can totally act as a main dish. She made this for me the first time over 20 years ago, and it is STILL my favorite pasta salad recipe. It’s perfect for a summer Monday.
