Happy happy Monday!
I have some November-y meals (and a cocktail!) for your cozy fall nights.
From my fall kitchen to yours, enjoy! xx

I say you kick off your Monday with a bowl of my BUFFALO CHICKEN CHILI! You’ll be happy you did!

My MAC & CHEESE PULLED PORK STUFFED SPUDS was Smith’s idea…and it’s honestly pretty delish 😉 .

My EASY CHICKEN STIR FRY is in my family’s TOP 5 SUPPERS for sure!

I am going to share my MEATBALL STUFFED ACORN SQUASH yet again because it’s November, friends! We need to enjoy alllllll the “November” suppers!
Speaking of which…

…before fall comes to a close, I’m going to share my super delish PUMPKIN & SAUSAGE PASTA recipe once again as well. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is the week!
Two ways to enjoy your liquor this week…

…in my CHOCOLATE PECAN BOURBAN PIE (so delicious!) or…

…in my PUMPKIN SPICE COCKTAIL 🙂 .
I hope you have a wonderful Monday and a cozy time meal planning! xx

These all look delicious but I definitely am try Smith’s Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese Stuffed Spuds. What could’ve better than both a baked potato and maç and cheese?

I came looking for the King Ranch soup today and also am going to try the Pecan bourbon pie for Thanksgiving, Thanks Shay!

Hi! If I wanted to make your MEATBALL STUFFED ACORN SQUASH for 4 people instead 6 would you recommend still using a pound of ground beef and a pound of sausage? or would you just use one pound of either sausage or beef? Which would you use?
Mix and Match Mama says
I would. I think a little more of the meatball mixture in each one would be absolutely perfect.
