Happy happy Monday, friends!
I hope you all had the BEST weekend!
Today, I have FIVE simple suppers, a very delicious dessert recipe, and an easy breakfast too.
From my kitchen to yours, Happy Meal Planning! xx

Mmmmmm…your Monday calls for my MAPLE BOURBON SLOPPY JOES! They’re delish, y’all!

My mom’s super simple RED BEANS AND RICE is the easiest go-to recipe for a busy weeknight.

My SPICY CHICKEN BAKED TACOS will be a family favorite! Once you bake a taco, you won’t go back. Also, these are as spicy (or not spicy!) as you want. Don’t let that word scare you off from trying the recipe.

Since it is still officially summertime, fire up the grill and try my GRILLED CHICKEN WITH PESTO FETTUCCINE!

On Friday, keep things simple with my EASY BEEF & MUSHROOMS OVER RICE!
If you’re looking for a quintessential back to school dessert this week…

…try my OATMEAL CREAM PIES!
Oh my gosh, these are SO GOOD if I do say so myself!
And then if you want an easy breakfast this week that can be made in advance…

…try my BACON & CROUTON BREAKFAST CASSEROLE. This would be delicious for dinner too 🙂 .
I hope you all have a wonderful start to your week! xx

All the back to school bites! I head back to my
classroom today & welcome students next week. The first week of school in our house means making your maple sausage balls and apple butter bars!

I added the Maple Bourbon Sloppy Joes to my Mix & Match Mama Recipe collection that I cook every fall when you first posted it. It is right up there with the Apple Cider BBQ Chicken. LOVE !!! both of them. I always make a double batch and freeze the extra. They freeze well, heat up well and can be used many ways. Since Fall/Pumpkin season started really early this year at my house and being a seasonal eater, I know what supper is going to be.

Oh yay! Carol, thank you so so much! This means so much to me!

I don’t know how I’ve never seen the oatmeal cream pies on your blog before??
Going to add those to my menu this week!
