Happy Monday, friends!
I have a Meal Planning Monday perfect for your September week.
It’s a little squash, a little apple, and a lot of seasonal, simple suppers.
This is without a doubt my favorite time of year to be in the kitchen.
Here’s wishing you a wonderful week filled with delicious fall suppers. xx

I have made my EASIEST WEEKNIGHT BRISKET several times this month already! Not only is it delicious (it is!), but I love that I can pop it in the slow cooker early in the morning and forget about it until we’re ready to eat. My kids especially love this recipe. If you make a big batch, you can use the leftovers the next night and make my BRISKET CHILI!

This week, try my SAUSAGE, PEPPERS, AND ONIONS STUFFED SQUASH! This is much easier than it sounds and oh so flavorful for September. Trust me!

We love my MUSHROOM PESTO PASTA! This recipe is super flavorful but really easy to prepare.

SLOPPY JOE BOWLS are super simple to whip and always a crowd pleaser. This is a quintessential weeknight meal at our house.
And finally, for your Friday…

…just in time for Oktoberfest, whip up my EASY LITTLE GERMAN SHEET TRAY SUPPER! Crank up the German music, pop open a beer and celebrate the start to your weekend.
Since it’s September, you better be baking all the apple recipes including…

…my delicious APPLE PECAN CUPCAKES WITH BOURBON FROSTING! These are so easy and oh so good!
If you’re looking for a breakfast bite for this week…

…try my CIDER SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE. I could eat a piece of this every morning for breakfast. Bonus, this is a great recipe to make in advance too (perfect for weekends and overnight guests). You can also serve this as an easy dinner recipe too. I love this casserole!
Happy Monday! I hope you find a few yummy recipes to try this week. xx
