Happy TUESDAY!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
You guys, I’m just oh so very happy we are chatting about simple SEPTEMBER suppers.
Between now and the end of the year, it’s my very favorite time to be in the kitchen.
This week, I have FOUR simple suppers plus a BONUS dessert AND A VERY POPULAR RECIPE.
Cheers to September cookin’, y’all!

OLD FASHIONED SLOPPY JOES are always a fall time fave at our house. Truly, you just can’t beat this easy weeknight supper.

My easy weeknight WIENER SCHNITZEL is one of my kids’ top five recipes. This is SO EASY to make on busy school nights! You can absolutely sub with pork or even chicken. So simple plus, it will get you ready for Oktoberfest!

‘Tis apple season! You need to make my SAUSAGE & APPLE HASH for your peeps this week to celebrate!

On Friday, treat yourself to my EASY WEEKNIGHT SKILLET LASAGNA. It’s all the goodness of lasagna but oh so simple.
You ladies have spoken…

…and my CHEESY SAUSAGE BISCUIT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE has been a hit! This recipe has only been up about 10 days and already, it’s one of the top posts of the entire YEAR. If you haven’t made this yet, I totally think you should. Not only is it easy, but it’s delicious AND you can make it in advance. Love, love, love.
And because it’s September…

…my APPLE BUTTER BARS would be a yummy treat to whip up this week 🙂 .
Happy Meal Planning! xx
