Happy HALLOWEEN EVE, friends!

How in the world did we get to October 30th so fast?

I swear, it was just September 1st.

You all know I run on a full tank of pep (and coffee) most days…the day before Halloween though?  I’m at my PEPPIEST.

I live for days like this 😉 .

I am so excited about this weekend, but this is legit me sitting at my desk right now typing out this blog post…

…while watching a Hallmark Christmas movie.

I’m teetering between my two favorite holidays and loving every minute of it 🙂 .

Last night, we hosted all of the varsity cheerleaders for a Halloween themed dinner which made it the perfect time to…

…pull out the big pumpkin 🙂 .

Lovejoy has a bye weekend this weekend, so we only have one high school game tonight.  Tomorrow, we are going to be celebrating Halloween all.day.long.  I cannot wait!

Ohhhhhh I’m in love!

A few weeks ago, I told you that I bought my second SEQUIN TEE in two years…

Last year, I bought it in green and loved it so much that this year, I bought it in gold (it comes in 11 different colors).

Well, I tend to wear a lot of pants during the holiday season, but I want them to feel like jeans and not be too “fancy”, so I bought THESE COATED JEANS…

…and L-O-V-E them!

They’re coated, they’re comfy, and they look great with my GOLD HEELS too!

I ran into Trader Joe’s this week to grab a few essentials (ie: my kids were out of Chili & Lime Tortilla Chips and that’s basically a crisis around here) and saw these two new items…

My girls in particular LOVE to make coffee drinks, so I bought them this cold foam creamer in salted maple.  It came in vanilla too.

I tried a bit when Kensington had it out…and it was pretty darn delicious.

I bought myself…

…this body scrub.  It smells just like the fall should smell.  I’ve shared these body scrubs many times before.  They’re REALLY fabulous for a really good price.  This is the current seasonal scrub.

Well, I feel pretty darn proud of myself because I’ve managed to get my kids to 18, 16, 14, and 12, and they all still love it when I buy them…

…the CHRISTMAS PAJAMAS from Old Navy 🙂 .  This year, I bought all three girls a pair of socks and matching pajama pants.  I bought Smith two pairs of pj pants.  They are always favorites around here.

And one cozy #ootd from this week…

…I added THIS COZY SHERPA JACKET to my jeans and tank 🙂 .

It is so cozy both inside and out…

…and just feels like November.

Last year, the cruise line cancelled this sweet family’s sailing at the very last minute.  We didn’t want them to miss out on a vacation, so we worked quickly and…

…got a trip planned for them to Walt Disney World!  They left Miami, headed north, and spent their vacation at Disney 🙂 .

This year, we planned another cruise for them…

…and they had a wonderful time.  We were so blessed to help them both years.
