I just made the bundt cake and its wonderful! I didn’t have vanilla pudding so I used coconut cream and holy yum! My only problem was that it stuck to the pan. Oh well, that just meant we got a taste of it today instead of having to wait until tomorrow!

Hi Shay!
I’ve made the armed, White, and Blueberry cake 3 times now and it is VERY well received. In fact my friends asked me to make it in the fourth after I made it on Memorial Day. But I have a question, how do you keep the frosting from ‘breaking’? It tastes great, but after about 2-3 minutes the frosting separates. I was thinking it was my butter being too hot? Or too much strawberries? How exactly do yours?

Or is your butter too soft? That happens when mine is melted instead of softened.
