On Friday, our sweet Madeley James turned FOUR!
We celebrated BIG TIME all day long! Here’s a little look at her special day…
Before the big kids went to school, she opened her presents from us.
She was so happy 🙂 . And then right after drop off, we got ready for her little birthday party with friends!!
It was Madeley’s Spooktacular Birthday Breakfast! We invited her friends to come over at 9:00 for donuts in their Halloween costumes. Fancy Nancy here was so excited!!
Four!!! How is she already four?!
We had birthday donuts made at the local donut shop. Madeley was super pumped about this!
Ah! I loved the theme to this party. As a Halloween baby myself, I have many great memories of costume themed, spooky birthdays 🙂 .
Didn’t Amy do a great job with this year’s birthday sign?! It matched the invitation I sent out. So cute!! Don’t forget, you can buy signs from Amy HERE.
Bags for her friends to take their crafts home in.
Those are goodie bags hanging there filled with Halloween books, coloring books and crayons for her friends’ party favors.
Waiting for her friends to arrive 🙂 .
Baby Violet arrived!! When Madeley told me who to invite, she said Violet 🙂 . She loves her so much!!
It was a really cold and rainy day…perfect for friends and donuts.
Abigail and Madeley
We sang Happy Birthday…
…and then enjoyed our breakfast.
They crafted, the mamas chatted…it was delightful!
She can’t get enough Violet 🙂 .
These girls are all SO SWEET!! Four of them are the youngest of four and the others are all the babies of their family too. They are just really sweet little girls.
Everyone helped her open gifts…
…and the mamas took a selfie.
It really was a fantastic birthday breakfast!!
Later that night, we met my parents, Samuel and Isaiah for dinner at our favorite restaurant in McKinney…Cadillac Pizza Pub. Sean and Catherine are on a trip right now, so it was just us for supper.
The birthday girl!!!
Isaiah loves him some Kensington!
And Smith! Hahaha!
I love Madeley’s face back there.
Don’t worry Sean and Catherine, Smith is taking great care of the kids…
It is a universal fact that all Lowes have giant heads. These two included. Sigh.
Miss Madeley got to open even more presents from Papa Jay and Lovie!
And then we sang to our sweet girl once again!
Between now and January (when Smith turns 9), we have 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10!
For an extra birthday bonus, Samuel came home with us after dinner and spent the night with his cousins.
We were all really pumped about that!
It was a great day!
All around 🙂 .
