It’s the first Meal Planning Monday in December!
I don’t know about you, but things are getting all sorts of crazy (and fun!) around here right now. Between the parties, the school performances, and all that other holiday cheer, we have a lot going on…which means, dinners need to be EASY! Let me introduce to my friend Meal Planning Monday. All the easiest recipes for one fantastic week!
Happy December, friends!
We have to kick off December with something cranberry, right?! My Saucy Cranberry Meatballs are super simple to whip up (like legit, so easy!) and very tasty too!
One of our faves, French Onion Soup. Simple as that on a Tuesday.
My Chicken & Broccoli Bites can be a little appetizer…or a super easy supper. Make these, watch Christmas with the Kranks and be happy it’s December!
Cowboy Stew for the win on Thursday!! I love “stews” that use ground beef!
Italian Wedding Soup rounds out our week! It’s prepared in the slow cooker, so it couldn’t be EASIER!!
Okay, my Candied Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Balls work for both an appetizer or a breakfast. These bites are SO GOOD! A little sweet, a little spicy, a whole lot of delicious!
And if you really want your house to smell like the season, then bake up a batch of my Gingerbread Cookies! I had one with coffee just last Thursday. They’re so good and easy to bake too!
That’s it for today!! I hope you’re listening to carols and getting into the spirit wherever you are! xo

If you were making the chicken and broccoli bites for a gathering could you freeze them? If you can would you freeze them before or after baking them? Thanks!
Mix and Match Mama says
I probably wouldn’t freeze them…but if I did, I would freeze them before I baked them.
