A little turkey for your Thursday! Try my Easy Turkey & Rice Skillet!
And wrap up your week with one of my burgers! This Friday, make it a Corn & Crab Cake Burger!!
For a yummy side or light supper, you have to, have to, have to try my Cornbread & Peach Panzanella Salad this week!!! Oh my word! The flavors in this together are insane!
Last but not least, my Grandmother’s Trifle is like a super version of banana pudding…perfect for summertime!

I have two random questions! I want to make your shrimp and black bean tacos this week. What do you typically serve with tacos? I always struggle with side dishes… for some reason, I’m REALLY bad at figuring out what goes together and what doesn’t, haha.
Also, do you have any breakfast casserole recipes in a slow cooker?

We do a lot of avocado mashes over here (just mash them with a chopped red onion and some salt), and tomatoes are big here too this time of year! And you know what, I don’t. Maybe I need to create one this fall??
