Since we’re talking…
…all things Trader Joe’s today, I thought I’d remind you of two really simple ideas that make easy lunches or light suppers! Both of these “recipes” (they’re too easy to really be a recipe!) can use ingredients purchased at other stores, but I always use ones straight from Trader Joe’s 🙂 .
First up…
…are you making our Pepper Jelly & Pepperoni Grilled Cheese Sandwiches?! I promise you, my kids and I have this exact meal at least once a week for lunch. We just had it on Friday. We are OBSESSED! You can see all the details about the delicious sandwich and the other accompaniments (all are from Trader Joe’s!) HERE. You won’t make a plain grilled cheese again 😉 .
Another little lunch we’ve been having on repeat…
…are my Buffalo Chicken Wraps! Again, I always use the ingredients straight from Trader Joe’s (like their already cooked and ready to eat chicken!) and their g-free tortillas. You can catch all the details on how to assemble these HERE.
Okay, one more bonus recipe…
…this Pepper Jelly & Bacon Dip is AMAZING!!!!! I would probably say that Trader Joe’s pepper jelly is the BEST thing they sell. You will love this cheesy dip so much!!
Okay, that’s it for lunch! Don’t forget, I shared a new batch of Trader Joe’s faves today HERE. xo

Lunch was Great! Just had to tell you my son came in before supper and ask where that lemon pie recipe was. I knew exactly exactly what he was talking about so he is now in the kitchen making your Lemon Buttermilk Pie, but is using chocolate pudding in place of the lemon pudding.

You know your beef and cheese enchilada recipe? With cream of mushroom soup? It is SO good with TJ ingredients. I buy their fresh flour tortillas, two bottles of their enchilada sauce, their ground beef and sliced olives and shredded Mexican cheese mix. It is delicious! I actually haven’t yet tried with the cream soup but it’s on my bucket list :). Try it sometime-so good!
