Monday, Monday, Monday.
I’m being a super lazy blogger today and only sharing one post. What can I say? I took another weekend “off” and enjoyed all of that family time. It’s mid-July, it’s hot, let’s not fuss with dinner. Easy recipes for your week right here!
See you guys tomorrow!!!
Pizza Burgers for dinner this week. Pepperoni, tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil on a burger…yum. Your kids will be all about this dinner! Plus, how pretty is that burger?!
Cajun Shrimp Pasta might be my kiddos’ favorite dish! They love the shrimp and noodles, and I love how simple it is to whip together. It’s not spicy, just flavorful!
If you’re just not in the mood to grill or cook on the stove, then my Italian Brisket Sandwiches are what’s for dinner. The slow cooker does the work and you just enjoy the delicious dinner.
My Dijon Oven Potatoes with Grilled Sausages is super family friendly and really easy to make!
End your week with my Chipotle Fish Tacos with a Creamy Slaw. Give me all the tacos this time of year. All of them.
And this week…a bundt cake. If you haven’t looked through my 100 Bundt Cake Recipes, you should :).
This is one of my very favorite bundt cakes…Peanut Butter and Banana. It is insanely moist and dense. So good!
And one more little lunch or light supper recipe for you…
…my Creamy Bacon & Pea Pasta Salad. Delightful.
Happy Monday friends!

Hi for the bunt cake this week what kind of gluten free cake mix would you use? The only one I have found that’s good is the gluten free funfetti from pilsbery.

Our store sells a yellow Pilsbury one that is really good!

Do you happen to know the baking time adjustments for making mini Bundt cakes?
Mix and Match Mama says
Yes! I always say 18 to 20 minutes for the mini bundts.

How are you handling meals with your kitchen closed?
Mix and Match Mama says
The first two weeks, we had sweet friends bring us meals, but right now, we are able to use the fridge, oven and stove…so we’ve been making things ourselves (plus the grill outside too!).
