Oh my goodness, it’s the first week of school!
I’ve had my kids home for almost six month now…but I’m still not ready for this!! Even though, they’ll start the year virtually, it means we’re back to bedtimes, early mornings, schedules, routines, homework…eeeeks!
Ready or not, Thursday is our big day, so this week, our meal plan is all of our favorite beginning of school recipes. Everything is easy, quick and crowd pleasing. Your family will love these suppers too!
It wouldn’t be back to school week without Andrea’s Pulled Pork!
There is nothing simpler for dinner than Crock Pot Chicken Tacos! NOTHING!
I know I share this Simple Sausage, Peppers & Onions recipe all the time, but my kids LOVE it!! I have started doubling the recipe because my people eat so much. Try it this week too!
Back to school and Sloppy Joe Bowls just go hand in hand!
My Easy Weeknight Wiener Schnitzel is one of my kids very, very, very favorite dinners!! It’s the perfect meal to kick off back to school!
We always make my Maple Sausage Balls on the first day of school for breakfast!! My mother-in-law asks for me to make these every time they visit. Friends, they’re so good! They can also be made in advance too!
And the first week of school wouldn’t be complete without peanut butter cookies. These four ingredient, super simple Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies need to be on your menu!
Happy first week, friends!! xo

Ideas! I always like getting more ideas that a kid friendly. Kind of off topic…. what are your favorite pens to use when you are writing out meal plan?

I typically go seasonal and use colors from that month!
