Agh…last week was bananas!!! I keep waiting for the slow days of summer to arrive, but so far, they’ve all felt very fast. Anyone else? This week, my little two have camp every day, and they’re SO excited!!!

Hey Shay!! I always love your advice! You’re like my life coach, haha! I’m just wondering, with summer and fun food, more drinks…what do you do when you start to feel bloated or not so healthy? Or does that not happen to you? I love how fun you make food and life! I get stuck always wanted to go back to a diet mindset and be so restrictive, how do you not? Thanks! I appreciate you!!

oh my gosh, you’re too sweet! Agh! Don’t always take my advice though. I’m a hot mess express most days! If I start to feel icky, I drink more water, get in more steps and eat more veggies. I’m all about balance and moderation. Enjoy life…but then enjoy that salad and water too 😉 .
