Happy Monday, friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
My boys have been out of town and come back today, so needless to say, I’m anxious to see them both.
What’s for dinner tonight? I thought I’d make one of our family’s new favorite recipes. You can catch that below along with four other simple suppers and a bonus February sweet treat.
Wishing you a wonderful start to your week!

Tonight, we have Sausage and Bacon Pasta on the menu to welcome home Smith and Andrew. This is a new family fave that could not be simpler!
Speaking of simple…

…anyone else super into “bowls” at their house? My family just can’t quit ’em! My Easy Weeknight Tex-Mex Chicken Bowls should be on your menu tonight!

A cozy winter favorite around here is my Beef & Ale Shepherd’s Pie! This recipe is hearty, filling and oh so delicious!

Mmmmm! A hearty bowl of King Ranch Chicken Soup should be on tap this week. The slow cooker does all the work, so all you need to do is enjoy!

We love meatloaf! Our Meatloaf is a staple recipe all year long. This is my hubby’s VERY favorite supper and one that always makes my family happy on busy weeknights.

Since it’s February, you need to try our Heart Shaped Peanut Butter Cookies. They are only FOUR INGREDIENTS!
That wraps up Meal Planning Monday! I hope you all have a wonderful start to your week!

Oh my word, we had your bacon pasta last week (the one Smith loves), and while it was so simple, it was DELICIOUS! San marzano really just make a sauce. And then bacon! Win win! I’m sure the bacon and sausage pasta above is equally amazing.
