Happy Meal Planning Monday!
You guys, it’s MARCH!
Whether you’re looking for super simple or super delish, I have your five suppers and bonus St. Paddy’s Day treat just in time for your week.
From my kitchen to yours, I hope you have the best week! xx
Mondays call for easy! My BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS could not be simpler! As you know, I love anything with Buffalo sauce 🙂 .
Speaking of easy…
Try my QUICK BEEF STIR FRY this Tuesday!
Have you checked out MY PLATE lately? I know, I know, the pic isn’t much, but this is literally what was on my plate last Monday night, and perhaps, it should be on yours this week. My BBQ STUFFED SWEET POTATOES are super simple because the slow cooker does all the work.
HONEY MUSTARD GRILLED CHICKEN WITH AN EASY PEA PASTA for your Thursday because…March makes me want to enjoy all the “green” food.
Speaking of which…
GREEN CHILE CHICKEN BAKED TACOS? Yes. please! Once you bake a taco, it’s hard to go back.
And finally…
…because life is too short not to be festive. My LUCKY CHARMS TREATS are the perfect St. Paddy’s Day dessert!
That wraps up this week’s meal plan! I hope you all have a wonderful start to your week! xx

Do you think the honey mustard chicken could be done in the air fryer and for how long? I’m just jumping on the air fryer train 🤪

I haven’t done it in the air fryer, but how delish does that sound?! If it were me, I would do it for about 20 minutes at 350 and then check and see if it’s cooked all the way through. Please let me know!!

I did the BBQ stuffed sweet potatoes yesterday, so good! I did my chicken in the slow cooker on Saturday morning and we loved having all the ready to eat chicken all weekend then used it for the sweet potatoes Sunday night. The chicken was great for meal prep as we are also focused on upping our protein intake as well!
