For a yummy side or light supper, you have to, have to, have to try my CORNBREAD & PEACH PANZANELLA SALAD this week!!! Oh my word! The flavors in this together are insane!

I made the Barbecue Whiskey Chicken last night and it was fantastic! I paired it with your recipe for Peach Salsa, along with brown rice. Great recipe!

For crab cake recipes…what kind of crab are you using and from where in the grocery store (fish counter, frozen, in can etc.)

If I’m in McKinney (without access to fresh), I use canned lump crab meat. On Nantucket, we can buy fresh lump crab meat. Both work really well!

We made the Cornbread and Peach Panzanilla Salad…it is sooooo good! Shay I happened to have peach balsamic vinegar and used it instead of regular balsamic…I think you would love it!
