There’s nothing we love more than chili season over at the Shull’s house! I know some people enjoy chili all year long, but we typically only eat it in the fall and winter…and then, we eat it just about every week. Because we enjoy chili so much, I’ve created a gazillion different versions: traditional, turkey, with brisket, over spaghetti, in the slow cooker, on the stove, as a taco, baked in the oven and on and on and on. You just can’t beat chili when the weather cools down.
Today, I’m re-sharing our favorite chili recipes for your fall!
I’m starting with the one that should be on your menu first this month…
…my Perfect Pumpkin Chili is really the only way to go this October. Don’t let the pumpkin scare you…it’s absolutely delicious in this recipe! Even if you’re not “a pumpkin person”, try it!!
This Pulled Pork Chili right here is probably my all-time favorite. It seriously has everything in it you want in a chili. It’s FANTASTIC if I do say so myself! You can also “cheat” and use store bought pulled pork in the refrigerated section if you really want to make this simple!
My Slow Cooker Chili Mac is part chili and part spaghetti. My kids eat this up every time I make it!
Cincinnati Chili is the best of both worlds…chili and spaghetti noodles! You won’t believe what the secret ingredients are inside!!
Chili Soft Tacos combine two of our favorite things!
Sometimes, we even eat our chili in a casserole. This Chili Cornbread Casserole is great for leftovers too!
My Brisket Chili even has a shortcut version!! You will want to make this one!
If you’re and Instant Pot person, then you need to try my Instant Pot White Chicken Chili!
Chili Mac & Cheese when you’re wanting a pasta supper instead!
Mmmmmm…my White Chicken Chili is so simple because the slow cooker does all the work!
For all of you Instant Pot people out there 🙂 .
Yes, please for Beer Cheese Chili!!
My Chicken Enchilada Chili is sure a lot easier to pull together than rolling enchiladas.
Buffalo Chicken Chili has all the bells and whistles of Buffalo chicken wings…but in a bowl instead!
Mmmmmm! We love my Chipotle Turkey Chili! So many yummy flavors in each bite!
My Sweet Corn Chili is the one we make the most. This one is super simple to pull together and since I love corn so much, it tends to be my go-to.
Who doesn’t love a good Three Bean Chili?! This is a slow cooker fave!
I’m a huge fan of lentils! My Sausage & Lentil Chili is so hearty and the flavors marry so well!
And finally, Roasted Poblano Chili! If you’ve never roasted poblano peppers before, you should! It’s really easy to do!
Get your grocery list out and start meal planning now! There is a chili for every week this fall!
Enjoy! xx

I made the chili tacos this week. Adding the beans to a taco is such a great way to sneak in some fiber for my kids! We loved it!

What Chili Soft Tacos? YES! How have I not seen this recipe? LOVE a good taco and this sounds really good. Will definitely be making this next week for Taco Tuesday. Had M&M leftover BBQ Cider Chicken in freezer from sliders that I had made the previous week so we had BBQ Cider Chicken tacos this past week. Oh my, So GOOD! And YES, as Always, I had Tab’s guacamole with them. I also make the Beer Cheese Chili and the Sweet Corn Chili. They are a favorites during the fall/winter season. The best part about alot of M&M recipes, they freeze really well and heat up nice which gives me more free time to enjoy the season. Another curious question, what is Andrew’s favorite kind of chili?

Made the chili mac and added as a topping some crushed up tortilla chips, cilantro, lime and it was YUM! Maybe sour cream would be good too!
