Happy WELLNESS WEDNESDAY, friends!
Today, I’m sharing a GREAT blog reader suggestion (thank you, Christina!). She asked in the comment section if I had one place to find a list of all my health and wellness books. Well, I didn’t until today 🙂 .
Below is a list of all the books I’ve read and reviewed in this wellness space. As I continue to read and review more, I will continue to update this list.
If you are looking for the specific blog post where I reviewed each book, search the author and title in the search bar on my blog to quickly find it.
Here we go…
A Better Second Half by Liz Earle
Die With Zero by Bill Perkins

Shay, please, please, please say Yes 🙂 to reading “Ultra-Processed People: Why We Can’t Stop Eating Food That Isn’t Food”. It is incredibly well written and interesting and I kid you not, I think about it in some capacity every. single. day. Other than Outlive, it’s made the biggest impact on me in terms of health reading.

Thanks for doing this! Adding to my TBR list. I was hoping it would be today’s wellness post😀

I clicked on this post so fast. Bring me ALL the books, especially health and wellness. A great list. I’ve read almost all. I also suggest Build the Life You Want (Arthur Brooks) for that mental health, joy and happiness. He also has a good podcast. This is my favorite genre of books to read. Can’t wait to see the comments and other suggestions.

An oldie but goodie: “Every Body Matters” by Gary Thomas. This is the one that I still think about all the time!

Thank you for this list, Shay! I have read several of these. Are you currently still fasting now that you are back to school routine at home in McKinney? Curious what your eating window looks like right now with crazy kid schedules and late nights. Trying to find my balance over here!

Yes! I fast every day…the length depends mostly on “life” things but typically, it’s a solid 16 hours. Yesterday, it was only 14 hours. It varies a little but 16 is pretty much my standard.

These are all great! I also recommend Breath by James Nester. I have shared my book with so many friends and they like me all loved it. Check it out!

What a great idea! If I see a book that looks interesting; your blog is the first place I look. Chances are you have read it and have posted a review on it.

I highly recommend Atomic Habits by James Clear if you have not read it. I am currently reading through it and loving it. One of his main points is to be 1% better every day. I have had Outlive on my TBR for quite some time. It’s time to just bite the bullet and buy it. Thank you for putting all your recommendations in one post.
