Happy Meal Planning Monday!
We are in October Meal Planning Mode over here which means we need to be incorporating as many FESTIVE recipes as possible right now.
I have your Monday Meal Plan, and it’s wickedly good 🙂 .
Grab your pen, your paper and let’s go. I have five simple suppers, one festive dessert, and a bonus breakfast for your week!
Happy Meal Planning! xx
You should absolutely, without a doubt make my JACK-O-LANTERN JOES this week! Friends, it’s delish!!
My kiddos love it when I make sliders for dinner. My GRILLED CHICKEN & ONION SLIDERS are the perfect weeknight chicken dinner!

October calls for my BRUNSWICK STEW!!

Cozy up tonight with a big bowl of my BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP! If you’re not a “Buffalo person”, no worries! You can make THIS VERSION instead!

If you love an easy pasta recipe then you will LOVE my BEEFY MUSHROOM PASTA! It never disappoints!

Wrap up your week with my festive (and easy!) CANDY CORN BUNDT CAKE! This recipe is crazy easy and oh so festive!
Plus…
…you have to try my MAPLE PUMPKIN SAUSAGE BALLS for a quick breakfast. Bonus, they freeze so well! On busy school mornings, I can just heat them up in the microwave for 45 seconds and they’re ready to be enjoyed!
I hope you guys all have a wonderful Monday!! xx

I spy Smith’s Grilled Chicken and Onion Sliders again. So So GOOD! I made the Beer Cheese Joes for Saturday football. Another So So GOOD one. Before I put the top of the bun on, I added some shredded cheese to make it look more Fall and Halloween. You make Fall season SO much easier with all of these GREAT recipes. I just click and walah!
I have always wanted to make the Brunswick stew, so thinking I might actually make it this year.

You do! They were such a conversation piece last week, that I thought they needed to be brought back 🙂 .

Shay’s Brunswick Stew is the best! Our go to recipe. We also love the grilled chicken and onion sliders. Both are staples in our family. 😊
