Happy Monday, friends!
You guys, IT’S VALENTINE’S WEEK!
January lasts forever, but we somehow get to mid-February in a flash.
Yesterday, I got home from our girls trip to Savannah, Georgia, so today, I’m going to get my life together. I have one post for you…my Valentine’s Week inspired MEAL PLANNING MONDAY.
Wishing you a wonderful start to your week! I’ll see you back here tomorrow! xx

Tonight, you have to try my SAUSAGE AND BACON PASTA! This recipe could not be easier and is always a hit!
Speaking of simple…

…anyone else super into “bowls” at their house? My family just can’t quit ’em! My EASY WEEKNIGHT TEX-MEX CHICKEN BOWLS should be on your menu tonight!

A cozy winter favorite around here is my BAKED LEMON CHICKEN & RICE! This recipe is hearty, filling and oh so delicious!

Mmmmm! My mom’s CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS should be on your menu this week. The slow cooker does all the work, so all you need to do is enjoy! This one is a crowd favorite, y’all!

We love meatloaf! OUR MEATLOAF is a staple recipe all year long. This is my hubby’s VERY favorite supper and one that always makes my family happy on busy weeknights. You absolutely do not have to make yours gluten-free. See the recipe for more details.
And for the festive treats this week…

…you need to try our CHERRY KOOL-AID CUPCAKES! Aren’t they so cute? They’re delicious too!
You should also consider making…

…my RASPBERRY DUTCH BABY PANCAKE for a festive breakfast (and oh so easy!) or…

…my CUPID’S COCKTAIL!
That wraps up Meal Planning Monday! I hope you all have a wonderful start to your week! xx

Do you still make your meatloaf gluten free or do you make it the original way?
Mix and Match Mama says
Typically the original way now!

Thank you for sharing the chicken and dumplings recipe again. I have a bad cold and wanted something hot and easy to make after work tonight. I halved the recipe, used some rotisserie chicken, and it was ready in about 30 minutes. It really hit the spot and I’ll have leftovers. I do think I will look for low sodium or no salt added soup for next time. Thanks again!

I am so so happy you enjoyed it too!

What biscuits do you use for the chicken and dumplings? I know Kensington has celiac. My daughter has a gluten allergy.

I blogged an update about Celiac that you can read here: https://mixandmatchmama.com/2024/08/second-opinions/
We are no longer a gf house.
