Happy FRIDAY, friends!
In honor of Mother’s Day weekend, I’m sharing the 2026 edition of my favorite mamas’ recipes with you!
All of these recipes are easy, super delicious and perfect for your holiday weekend or your upcoming summer dinner plans.

I have some AMAZING mamas in my life…

…truly, I feel like I won the “mama lottery”…

…I have the best mama, best mother-in-law, best grandmothers, and three aunts. All of these women shaped me into the woman and mom I am today. My hope and prayer is that I’m taking pieces of each of them and passing them on to my three girls.
I’ve shared this many times before, but one thing that ALL of the women in my family have passed down to me is their love for entertaining. My mom, my mother-in-law, both of my grandmothers, all three of my aunts, and Andrew’s aunt know how to welcome you into their homes, feed you well, make you feel loved and send you off with nothing but warm fuzzies inside. Truly, it’s a gift they all have.

Per usual, I’ve rounded up some of our favorite recipes from some of my favorite women just in time for Mother’s Day weekend.
I hope you find a salad, appetizer, entrée or dessert below to make this season. This is the very best batch of recipes, y’all!
Enjoy! xx
What is the most popular summer recipe on my blog for over a decade now?! My mom’s CORN SALAD! This recipe is crazy simple and super delish. I also love it because you make it in advance which is so helpful when hosting a backyard party or when you’re bringing something potluck. Make it, take it, everyone will love it!
Speaking of summer party recipes, I cannot tell you the last time we hosted a summer get together where I didn’t make my mother-in-law’s Pepperoni & Bell Pepper Pasta Salad! Not only is this recipe amazing for hosting, but this is one we make all the time for a delicious lunch or simple supper. This is very family-friendly, can be made in advance, gets better the longer you keep it in the fridge and perfect for taking with you should you need to take a dish to a get together. You will love this recipe too!

I know that sweet potatoes typically reign supreme in the fall, but in this recipe, you used canned potatoes which means…you can and should make it now 🙂 . My Grandmother’s SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE is so amazing that you’ll never want a marshmallow topped version again.
If you need a simple breakfast recipe this weekend, my mother-in-law’s Sausage Breakfast Casserole is it! I have made this breakfast casserole more than any other breakfast item. I love to make this the night before and then bake it and serve the next morning. It’s hearty, it’s filling, it’s the perfect breakfast or even dinner recipe.
You can also make it…

…with bacon too! Check out the BACON & CROUTON BREAKFAST CASSEROLE version too!
Both moms love to make stew! If the weather is still a bit chilly where you are, they each have their own spin on a classic…
…growing up, my mom always served a Ground Beef Stew while Andrew’s mom…
…makes the most delicious traditional stew. Both are winners!
My Mom’s Slow Cooker Jambalaya is a put it in and forget about it fave. If you have a crazy May and need something simple to serve for supper, here you go!
You can also try her…

…RED BEANS & RICE. It’s super simple and delish too!
Speaking of which…

…no recipe is simpler than my mom’s CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS! This recipe was most certainly a childhood favorite of mine.
That being said…

…my MOM’S MEATLOAF is pretty darn famous around here because it’s Andrew’s VERY favorite recipe. Period. End of story. I have been making this for him for over 21 years, and truly, it makes him just as excited today as it did way back when.
For dessert…
…my Grandmother’s Trifle. When I close my eyes and think of summer desserts, this one here is one of two that I always think of. You can make one big trifle or…

…INDIVIDUAL MINI ONES too!
My grandmother is famous for this delicious trifle recipe and…

…her STRAWBERRY BANANA PIE! You need to seriously make both!

My mom LOVES to whip up a cobbler. She especially loves them for impromptu guests and entertaining. You can use peaches or blackberries in this recipe, but we especially love it with apples. Who doesn’t want an EASY APPLE COBBLER?!
Delicious recipes from amazing women.

I hope you try some of them to honor and celebrate the favorite ladies in your life! xx
