This time of year, I really have breakfast on my mind. So, this year, I thought I’d post some great little breakfast bites for you to enjoy on school mornings. From sweet to savory, casseroles to little nibbles…I have your mornings covered! And bonus, many of these things can be made once and enjoyed for several days. Don’t have kiddos heading back to school? All of these recipes would make excellent Saturday morning brunch items too. Happy eating!

They all look delicious, but I’d have to say the pinwheels are my top choice!

A French toast casserole sounds nothing short of amazing! Would love to wake up and eat any of these in the morning 🙂

I used a bunch of these recipes for our Christmas breakfast this past year and every one was delicious! And none of them were complicated… thanks for reminding me of recipes that I loved and can put on repeat this fall!

Thank you! I have been needing new breakfast recipes! 🙂 just a thought that I tried this past week, mix cooked sausage crumbles in with your pancake batter and then cook in mini muffin tin! Bite size sausage biscuits, and they taste like McDonalds mcgriddles!

I will be definitely using some of these receipts! Can you tell me kind of containers you use in their lunch boxes? I remember you posting about it last year!
