Valentine’s Dinner For Two!

Valentine's Dinner for Two

Every year, I do a Valentine’s Dinner for Two menu.  I don’t know about you…but sometimes, it’s just nicer/easier/cheaper/more fun/cozier/you get to wear your sweats to have dinner at home on Valentine’s Day instead of out.  I looked at our calendar and Valentine’s Day falls on a Wednesday this year…which is our craziest night of the week, so we might celebrate a day earlier.  If you’re looking for an easy and delicious meal to make at home, here you go.  Just pick and choose which recipes look the best for you!  Happy (almost) Valentine’s Day!

Enjoy!

Pecan Praline Baked Brie

Oh my goodness!  I love my Pecan Praline Baked Brie because it has such a pretty presentation and pairs perfectly with any meal.  Or you could try this one…

Bubbly Spinach Goat Cheese Dip

Chipotle Crab Cake Sliders

For an appetizer, my Chipotle Crab Sliders…except on this night, I would just make the crab cakes and skip the buns.  You could also make these…

Sausage & Smoked Gouda Cups

Next, my Avocado & Orange Salad is especially nice this time of year!

For dinner…

Roasted Garlic & Tomato Pasta

If you’re looking for a pasta to celebrate (my favorite way to celebrate anything is with pasta!), then I suggest my Roasted Garlic & Tomato Pasta or…

…my Sausage & Vodka Pasta.  This one is so good too!

If you’re looking for something a bit heartier then may I suggest…

And for dessert…

A Valentine’s Day in cooking sounds like a great idea. Much better than the overpriced menus outside on the day… and it’s a Wednesday work day anyway! 🙂 Thanks for the recipe ideas! 🙂
