Happy Monday, friends!
It’s a busy fall week over here at the Shull’s house. We have football games, soccer practice, pumpkins out and about and…we get our very first teenager this week.
How did that happen?!
I’m still not sure.
In the meantime, I’m leaving you with a delicious meal plan perfect for your fall days too. You really should try each and every one of these easy recipes.
Happy Meal Planning! xo
Ohhhh! You have to try my Grilled Chicken & Onion Sliders! These are one of Smith’s favorite suppers, and they’re crazy easy. They’re exactly what you need to make on a Monday!
On Tuesday, try my Crispy Air Fryer Cod! It couldn’t be easier!
It’s time. It’s time for all the pumpkin recipes!! I thought we could kick things off with my Chipotle Pumpkin Pasta. Friends, THIS IS SO GOOD!! Don’t let the pumpkin scare you off. This pasta is creamy, flavorful (not too spicy) and oh so delicious! Trust me. This is a winner!
Mmmmmm…speaking of chipotle, save your extra chipotles (from the can you use the night before, just put them in the fridge) for this quick slow cooker supper! My Chipotle Apple Pulled Pork will simmer away all day long and then be ready for you to enjoy after a long day of work and school!
Finally, finish off your week with my Sweet Potato & Sausage Skillet! It’s a great way to end your week.
Looking for something sweet this week? My Apple Spice Cookies are so easy! If you’re not a g-free family, it’s super simple to make these “normal” too. Either way, they taste like fall.
And finally, my very favorite sausage balls to make. Once you try my Maple Sausage Balls, you’ll never go back. If I could eat these every single morning for breakfast, I would!
That wraps up this week’s Meal Planning Monday! I hope you have a delicious start to your week! xx
