We make my EASY CHICKEN STIR FRY on repeat over here! We just made it yet again last Wednesday, and it’s always devoured. This is a great one, y’all!
We are officially in “grilling season” at our house. If you are looking for something to pop on your grill this week besides chicken, try my GRILLED SHRIMP PO BOYS! They are really easy and super quick on busy weeknights.
When I think about spring, I think about peas! If you’ve never tried my PORTOBELLO, PECORINO, PANCETTA & PEA PASTA, do it this week! The name of the recipe is a mouthful, but it’s truly so easy to whip up.
EASY SKILLET ENCHILADAS? Yes, please!
And wrap up your week with my very yummy CRISPY LEMON TURKEY CUTLETS! Lemon and spring just make me happy.
