Happy Thursday, friends!
Well, it’s mid-July which means that I am over here eating my way through the summer and enjoying all of my favorite “coastal” recipes. Today, I thought I’d share 10 of my easiest “coastal” recipes should you want to bring some of that seaside into your summer kitchen too.
All 10 of these recipes are EASY! You can also mix and match them as well. Don’t have lobster handy (or it’s pricey!)? Sub with crab. Don’t love shrimp? Use scallops.
Sending you lots of love from Nantucket! xx

The EASIEST of the easy are my AIR FRYER CRAB CAKES!
You can also make…

…my CORN & CRAB CAKE BURGERS too!
If corn and crab is your jam, you can also try…

…my CORN & CRAB PASTA!

We are BIG clam chowder fans! My CLAM CHOWDER recipe is super simple!
If you want to try making lobster rolls at home, I have TWO different versions for you…

…you can make a TRADITIONAL COLD LOBSTER ROLL or…

…a HOT LOBSTER ROLL.
You can even make…

…an EASY AIR FRYER LOBSTER BURGER too!
Salmon is so easy to make at home! You should try…

…my SIMPLE SALMON BOWLS or…

…my PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI SALMON!
And finally…

…a GRILLED SHRIMP PO BOY is perfect for a summer supper.
Happy COASTAL cooking, friends! xx

I have been wanting to make your crab cakes because I love crab cakes without a lot of filler and without Old Bay. The price of the crab has been making me hesitate. BUT, our anniversary is at the end of the month, and we just got very bad news about our cat, so I think crab cakes are in our near future. We need a . pick-me-up.
