Happy Tuesday, friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful three-day weekend!!
It’s officially SEPTEMBER over here in blog world, so this week’s Meal Planning Tuesday is filled with all of my family’s favorite September suppers. Bonus, they’re all super simple to make the week after a holiday weekend.
Sending you lots of love! xx

If you’re not making my Beer Cheese Joes right now, I just don’t understand. These are DELICIOUS! Bonus, you make them in the slow cooker, so they’re easy too!

My easy weeknight Wiener Schnitzel is one of my kids’ top five recipes. This is SO EASY to make on busy school nights!

‘Tis apple season! You need to make my Sausage & Apple Hash for your peeps this week to celebrate!

And finish off your week with my Minestrone Skillet! It’s the perfect stay in and watch Hocus Pocus kind of supper.
For a yummy dessert this week…

…try my Super Simple S’mores Cookies! Bonus, they’re incredibly easy to make gluten-free too!

And finally, easy is the name of the game after a holiday weekend, so if you need a delicious breakfast or weekend brunch, try my Easy Maple French Toast Casserole. It will be a hit!
That wraps up this week’s meal planning! See you all tomorrow! xx

Hadn’t even read your blog this morning and when I seen this I had to laugh. I made the Maple French Toast casserole this past weekend and have the Beer Cheese Joes cooking as I am reading this.

Hi Shay! I’m not sure if it’s just me but when I try to re-pin any of your pins, I get a message that says This site doesn’t allow you to pin.

I bet it might be an ad blocker on your computer. I just checked and it’s working, so something must be blocking it on your side.
