Seeing these wonderful Halloween family treats, I couldn’t help but think more about yesterday’s post and what a wonderful blessing family health trials can be for your two strong teenagers as they step up to help with Andrew’s usual tasks in December—a small early taste of guiding/‘allowing’/encouraging them to help you both much later in your lives. It’s hard to ask for help, but switching it up to looking at help as a gift for everyone entirely changes things up. Great practice in selfless giving as children. God gives us so many hidden blessings.
