Friday Favorites {11.20.20}


Friends, it’s the Friday before Thanksgiving week!!  Where did November go?!  This morning, I’m partnering with Nordstrom and ShopStyle and sharing some holiday happiness! ?   Plus, I have the coziest fleece, a new holiday movie to review and gift guides too!

It’s a fun-filled fall Friday, and as always, I’m linking up with my friends Andrea and Erika .

On Wednesday morning, I shared our new morning routine and SO MANY OF YOU wanted the details on my fleece!

I’m not going to lie…it’s amazing.  I bought mine at Nordstrom about three weeks ago and have worn it several times since.  It’s warm, it’s cozy and it washes and dries really well.  I bought it in the grey dapple (in xs), but it comes in these colors too…

…I’m starting to think I might need this in another color too and/or I should at least get one to gift this holiday season.  I feel like this price point is really good for a good quality fleece.  It’s super, super cozy!

…I have the fleece layered with a long-sleeved top that is also AMAZING!!!  I love this one so much that I did buy it in two colors.  And of course, my Ugg slippers are always a staple with whatever I’m wearing 😉 .

Fun little goodies for you to gift this season!

Okay, did you see my post on Tuesday?!  I shared my holiday playlist (you need to listen!), my favorite holiday books and movies.  So many of you told me I needed to watch…

…so I did!!  I watched it this week as I did my work/ate lunch/etc and thought it was super cute.  I don’t know why I’ve never watched it before???  It has two of my VERY favorite actors in it…Emma Thompson (brilliant in everything) and Henry Golding (how cute is he?!).  If you like The Family Stone and Love Actually, I think you’ll enjoy this one too.  It was…unexpected.

Speaking of Christmas movies…

…we made Merry Monday Magic this week!  A movie by the firepit with s’mores!   We’re trying to create as many holiday moments as we can this season!

And before I head off for my weekend, I wanted to remind you of a few more of my favorite Nordstrom finds still in stock!

I am in love with this hat.  IN LOVE. (I’m also in love with these Sorel boots and sweater too!)  I have loved wearing it so much…that I also bought it in grey!!  My favorite part is that it comes in SIZES.  It’s such a gem!!

Also, don’t forget about these joggers!!  They’re so cozy too!  I also love the fit…they’re not baggie at all. I bought mine in black (xs) but they also come in a wide variety of colors as well.

And finally, have you checked out this red sweater yet?!  It’s the perfect holiday color!!  (But it comes in other options too!)  It’s a great fuzzy teddy bear knit!

I say this every year, but Thanksgiving breakfast is really one of my very favorite parts of the day.  I love sleeping in, watching the parade (or maybe this year, we’ll watch a holiday movie?!) and enjoying a delicious breakfast before we start our day.  See my full menu HERE!

    I can’t get over how cute you look in that hat! I would totally buy it but I have nowhere to wear it— unless you count the grocery store or school carpool line? ? I’m trying to convince myself though… maybe next year for family pictures?

    I love a good mix of Christmas carol classics (Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, etc.) but I also have really gotten into new Christmas songs in the last few years (Kelly Clarkson, Pentatonix, Sara Bareillis all have amazing ‘new’ songs), Pandora really nails a good mix. I am NOT a hat person, but you look AMAZING in that hat! I think we are going to have to start watching some holiday movies ASAP – lights are on outside, carols are going (but I still need to decorate inside) – I’m ready!
