Every year, one of my very favorite Thanksgiving Day traditions is our breakfast! We sleep in, we eat a yummy breakfast and watch the parade before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. Now, even if we’re staying home and not watching the traditional parade, we can all still have a great breakfast to start the day!
From savory to sweet and even a beverage too, I have a delicious menu to kick off your Turkey Day!
Start your day off with my Pumpkin Hot Chocolate in the Slow Cooker! Grab some pumpkin spice marshmallows for even more fun!
Okay, we will FOR SURE be having my Maple Pumpkin Sausage Balls on Thanksgiving morning! If you’re not really a “pumpkin person”, then by all means, make these instead…
If you’re looking for a delicious casserole (which are great to prepare the night before and then just pop in the oven the day of!), here you go…
…try my Fall Leaves Sausage Migas Breakfast Casserole or…
…my Ham & Cheddar Breakfast Casserole…or…
…my Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole…or…
…my Sausage Crescent Breakfast Casserole!
If sweet is your thing in the morning, I have that too!
…Pecan Streusel Cinnamon Rolls or…
…Pumpkin Spice Pecan Monkey Bread!
Wishing your a warm and cozy Thanksgiving morning, friends! xx

I love all your recipes and hope you can help! My daughter has a pretty severe egg allergy; I’d love to find a breakfast casserole type recipe that has no eggs…is that a thing??!?
Any ideas??
Thank you!!!!

It is! Eggs are great for binding casseroles, but you can certainly find some without them!

I’ve heard you can use Chia seeds soaked in water as an egg substitute. Never tried it personally, but I’ve seen lots of blogs/recipes where it is suggested. Maybe worth a try?

Happening this morning! Mix & Match Mama’s Ultimate Sausage Balls and Fall Sausage Migas Breakfast Casserole for breakfast. Kitchen smells soooo good right now. Put everything together last night and poped it in the oven after morning routine. Make the sausage balls many times during this season.

Thanks for sharing! Can you freeze sausage balls? If so, how do you defrost and heat? Thank you!
Mix and Match Mama says
Yes!!! I freeze them all the time! Just pull them out frozen and microwave for like 40 seconds!
