It’s the last day of January.
Here’s wishing you a cozy and delicious week in meals!!
Happy Monday!
Mondays need easy…thus…my Taco Tot Bowls. You’re welcome.
Hmmmmm! You can make my Maple Mustard Crispy Chicken even if you don’t have an air fryer! Pre-heat your oven to 400, bread your chicken and add it to a lightly greased baking sheet and bake about 18 to 20 minutes. Either way you do it, it’s delicious!
My Spicy Beefy Rice Bowls are so delish! Not only that, they’re so easy too! Don’t let the word “spicy” throw you off. If you aren’t into spicy, leave off the garnish at the end. Easy. As. That.
Nothing says cozy like my Pulled Pork Stuffed Potatoes! The simplest slow cooker meal the whole family will enjoy!
And speaking of the slow cooker, try my Slow Cooker Chicken & Rice Soup! It’s the perfect ending to your week!
Since tomorrow is February, I thought it was high time to share my Cupid’s Cocktail. You will thank me later!
And if you’re looking for something really delicious (and light!) to whip up this weekend, try my Lemon Ricotta Pancakes!
Have a wonderful start to your week, friends! I’ll see you in February! xo

That Maple Chicken just got a spot on our meal plan for the week! I will say Last week we had your pretzel crusted chicken with trader joe’s gluten free pretzels and every one in our house was happy! Thank you!
