Happy Monday, friends!
We are home from Nantucket and diving headfirst into all the holiday things ahead of us. Vacation time was super fun, but now, it’s time to address those Christmas cards, wrap the gifts and check every fun thing off our to-do list. Since I have lots to do and little time, my slow cooker will be working overtime this week…which inspired today’s Meal Planning Monday!
Today, I have five supper recipes and a bonus recipe all from the slow cooker. Pull it out, plug it in, add your ingredients and go spread some holiday cheer. Tonight, when you return home, dinner will be ready, so all you have to do is put on comfy pjs and turn on Christmas with the Kranks.
From my busy kitchen to yours, have the best week!

Tonight you should whip up my Chicken & Rice Soup! It’s cozy, warm and a great way to kick off the week.

Mmmmmm! My Best Slow Cooker Brisket is what’s for dinner tonight!

Hump Day calls for my Chili Mac! It’s like chili and traditional spaghetti had a baby. Lots of flavor, little work and always a hit at our house.

My Mom’s Slow Cooker Jambalaya is so crazy easy! You can mix and match this recipe a million different ways too depending on what proteins your family loves. This one is a must make this week!

And finally for your Friday, try my Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff. My family has been making this one quite regularly over the last month or so. Anytime I make something that everyone wants seconds of, I know it’s a hit. This is a staple recipe in our dinner rotation.

Whether you need a fun breakfast treat or afterschool sip, my Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate is always delicious.
Now, don’t forget this too…

…on Friday, I shared my 24 CRAZY EASY DECEMBER DINNERS too. These are 24 easy (and yummy!) supper ideas for your whole month. We have a lot on our plate (pun intended!), so let’s not make “what’s for dinner” be on there too.
That wraps up this Meal Plan! I’ll see you all back here tomorrow! xx

How do you make the stroganoff gluten free? I can never find gf egg noodles!

Trader Joe’s has fresh egg pasta in the refrigerator section that’s gf or else, just use any old gf pasta instead!

This comment is for the chicken and rice soup – we needed to cook it faster than the slow cooker so I made in the pressure cooker – 10 minutes on high pressure with 10 minute natural release. Supposed to be 10 minute NR – then I got busy hanging Christmas lights and forgot about it, came back in at around 45 minutes…. But it’s all good! Note: don’t stir in the cream soup, just spoon on top of everything else.
I wanted to share the information for anyone else needing that information 🙂
