Oh Shay, I love your blog. This queen of take-out lives. vicariously thru your cooking creative ides. But hey, the fourth of July pretzels, how hard can they be, even a non- cook like me could handle that…. NOPE first batch I watched carefully turn a nasty shade of brown with hard bits in the microwave. Luckily I. bought two bags of white chocolate ships, second bag I did on stove, very low heat, constant stirring. but boy do you have to work fast to get it all on your pretzels, I used fat sour dough pretzels, and then be very quick with the sprinkles. No blue available so I bought multi-color & then a red I was thinking- fireworks. They don’t look anywhere as pretty as yours but I think they will taste fine. I am exhausted from all the work and the clean up of the ugly brown mess stuck to my. pyrex bowl. From now on it’s back to admiring your. cooking and ordering take out, again. Photo attached.
