This week’s shopping list includes all sorts of my favorite summer ingredients like crab, salmon, avocados, chicken for the grill, strawberries and more. Plus, I’m sharing one easy summer breakfast recipe and one of my very favorite summer desserts.

We make AIR FRYER CRAB CAKES multiple times a week when we’re on Nantucket during the summer. If you’ve never made crab cakes before, don’t be intimidated. It’s so very easy! If you don’t have an air fryer, no worries! You can simply pop these in the oven instead.
The summer season calls for simple, and there is nothing simpler than my LEMON CHICKEN & CHICKPEA SHEET TRAY SUPPER.

My STRAWBERRY BANANA BLENDER MUFFINS could not be easier! These are the perfect way to use up very ripe bananas and simple enough for even the busiest summer morning.
One of my VERY favorite desserts to make when I’m entertaining during the summer are these INDIVIDUAL BANANA PUDDING JARS. They’re so simple, you can (and should!) make them in advance, they’re already portioned out and THEY’RE DELICIOUS. Plus, they’re easy to travel with too. Trust me, you will be so happy you made these for your next get together.
